1. No Refund on Services Provided
Once an IV Vitamin Therapy treatment has been administered, we do not offer refunds. All services are provided with the utmost care and attention to your individual needs. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns. However, please note that treatments are non-refundable once performed.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a [cancellation/rescheduling fee] of £10.
If you fail to provide the required notice or do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of the session.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages
For prepaid packages or treatment plans, any refund requests must be made before receiving the first treatment. If a refund is requested after the first session, we will assess the remaining balance based on treatments used and refund the prorated amount. Refunds will be processed according to our discretion, subject to the terms of the package and any applicable fees.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit for the services in the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other extenuating situations. These cases are considered on an individual basis and are not guaranteed. Any refund or credit will be at the sole discretion of Surrey Hills IV Vitamin Therapy.

Refunds, credits, or treatments are non-transferable between individuals or sessions.
6. Health-Related Issues
If you experience any adverse effects or reactions following treatment, please contact us immediately. We do not offer refunds for health-related issues unless they result from a proven error in the administration of the treatment.
